There is a time and a season for everything under the sun
Well, the author also says that doing everything under the sun is useless without God. Did I forget that? O wait!!! I am falling in love with the Word, today was the first time I read Ecclesiastes. It is a great book and I want to read more. I only got through the first Chapter.
The author is great, that (I am assuming "he") seems semi frusterated that he did everything under the sun, but nothing is new. Everything is just a cycle. Man, I just remembered that I was there a month ago. I remember telling Ruth that I just got back to the same place I was years ago in my mind. Guess I was trying to do everything under the sun. I need the Holy Spirit to keep me where I need to be.
I also am reading James and the Giant Peach right now. I can't fail to think that it might be good for a illustration of life someday. It is such a good book. The best part is that Ruth and I went to the library we took whatever we wanted for free. What a great concept. I got and Ellie Wiesel book, CS Lewis- 2 or3 of them, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory book, 2 other Dahl books too. O- and a driver's guide to the west. This way we can begin to prepare for the road trip.
I am thanking and trusting God now for the money to do this. It will be interesting.
