It has been a bit since I wrote last. i am actually on another vacation this week, thus the time to write the blog! This vacation has been much more relaxing, now that I bought my new house!

No more faxing, meetings, calls, negotiating to have a place to live. It is mine now!

Kensington (where I just bought my house) is a bustling place, so dense with peeps.
Most people know about the big fire that was over there the past week. If not, there was a big factory that burned up and took a bunch of homes with it. A lot of families were dispersed to shelters all over the city, homes lost.
The Simple Way, a christian community of people burnt down. Very sad, however the folks over at the Simple Way seem to be doing OK.
I am fortunate that my house was not included in the fire, not sure what I can do to help others yet. Maybe people will need help once they get their insurance money to rebuild...that is if they have insurance...

So far, the neighborhood has been accepting of me. It is diverse ethnicity wise. It helps make me feel comfortable that way. It seems to be a typical urban neighborhood.

Yesterday Hube and I went to Ocean City! We had a nice time, chilled out around town and sat on the beach. It was a relaxing day, and really nice to get out of the city. This was my first time going "down the shore." Next time, it will be warmer and i will hop in the ocean!

One last thing, my aunt came out from Ohio for her son's hockey tournament. It was awesome to reconnect with her and the kids. I was able to catch one of Logan's games. I guess he scored 2 goals against the Czech Republic later on! He is an awesome player, I can't believe his dedication to the game.
I really enjoyed spending time with them. I think it was God's blessing- it makes it easier being so far from family when I see them out here. God is good!

I am back to work on Monday. Just when I got relaxed..:)
