baby's a movin'!

This morning our little one was moving up a storm, so cute! My belly was like a little bouncy castle people rent for block parties!

The quilt I am making for the little guy is coming along. Hopefully it will come together more today after I work on it again. One block metaphorically looks like a picture of climbing a tree. It is muslin with green leafy cloth. Fun!

I have so many more projects that would be fun to do. Not sure if I will get to them before the baby comes or not. There are some cute pants and some bloomers that look pretty easy to make. Also a play mat that would look nice in the nursery. Michelle sent me this fun book with the patterns! These are my baby preparatory ideas until I am able to really get the nursery ready.

Hubie is working very diligently on the rest of the house so we can get things situated for the baby. Once we can move the rest of the house around, I am sure the extra baby projects will fall to the wayside. I still have to make living room curtains and do some decorating in the living and dining rooms (plus buy a couch, bed, and decide where we want everything!).

It's fun to prepare, it is what keeps me sane. This baby will be such a huge change, it helps to feel like I am doing something towards him coming here.
