Hubie and I are engaged!!!
He asked me earlier in the week if I wanted to go on a hot date with him. He took me to the Philadelphia Museum of Art to listen to an Indian-American DJ. It reminded me of my days living with Juliana- she introduced me to Indian music. We walked on the museum steps, the view of the city was awesome. We remembered a year ago we were looking at the view on our first date.
This is when he asked me to marry him, and I said yes!
We spent the rest of the night at the Water Works restaurant, where we got some fine cuisine. We had a seat by the river. It was really a special night!
We have just begun planning for the wedding..we are enjoying being engaged right now.
