Finishing up

I am trying to get through the last couple of days of work, get everything wrapped up. It is becoming challenge to get everything done, and transition all my cases. I am pretty tensed up! Today I am working overtime to get stuff done...I really want to have some fun as well.

Hubie is working a 24hr shift again today- he has been working overtime to build up time off for next week! We leave for Chicago on Thursday and are driving to my parents' house.

So far today I slept in and ordered the last of our wedding pictures! In a while I am going to a local market to grab some produce for our picnic on Sunday. I am also going to scope out some flowers for some folks at work...as a good bye gift.

I think God has a lot to teach me in the next couple of months. It seems like I have a complex (called sin) where i feel like things won't get done unless I have control. To some extent this is true, God can use us to do his work. It seems as though he might want to teach me how he is working without good old me controlling things.
I am excited to see what God brings into my life, and ready for a new level of freedom.
